Trust
Trust is a mechanism, not a badge.
You are trusting us with plans, rosters, claims and pay. Here is how the platform is built to deserve that, where each claim comes from, and what we won’t claim.
Five controls the platform is built on
Money in integer cents
Every monetary field is stored as a whole number of cents and calculated without floating point, so rounding can’t drift across thousands of shifts in a pay run.

Your organisation’s data is kept separate
Every customer’s data is separated by organisation in the data layer, and automated checks flag any query that isn’t.

Every change leaves a trail
Every change to a billable record leaves an audit trail.

Server time, not device time
Clock-ins, clock-outs and audit events are timestamped by the server, not the phone.

A person approves
Only approved shifts become eligible for an invoice draft or a pay run. Voiding an invoice needs a reason, and reverses the ledger.
