About

Built after living the problems it solves.

Nexis365 began on the operations floor of an Australian NDIS provider. Every part of it answers something that went wrong there.

Founder

Hasan spent about three years in NDIS operations, working shifts as a support worker and then as a support coordinator. Along the way he saw, first-hand, the struggles small providers face.

In 2024 he founded Nexis365 with a small group of providers, to help with their operations.

Who we are

We’re a small team, and we’d rather show you than sell to you. Running a provider shouldn’t feel like a maze. Participants deserve choice and control, and the people supporting them deserve operations they can trust. Bring a good heart and integrity, and Nexis365 takes care of the rest.

What went wrong

  1. Overnight shifts paid at the wrong rate because one entry was keyed wrong.
  2. Participants billed twice because two coordinators generated drafts at the same time.
  3. Claims rejected weeks after submission because of the wrong claim type.
  4. Workers paid for shifts nobody had checked.
  5. Compliance registers kept in spreadsheets on three laptops that were never in sync.

Why one record

None of those problems lived inside a single module. Each one lived between two.

So Nexis365 is built as one connected operating model: plan, funding, roster, service, evidence, approval, claim and pay on one accountable record, shaped around the details generic practice software leaves between modules.

Care is done by people. The software’s job is to make the operations exact, so that the people doing the care, and the people organising it, can trust what they see.

Tell us how it’s going

Run a provider, work shifts, coordinate supports, or use the platform? Tell us what works and what doesn’t. A person on the team reads every message.

What changed, what still gets in the way, what you’d tell another provider. Please don’t include participant details.

Overall, how’s it going? (optional)

Talk to the people who lived it.

We’ll walk it end to end on one record, from plan to claim and pay.
